"If those payments were a crime for Michael Cohen, then why wouldn't they be a crime for Donald Trump?"


Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal attorney, declared that the President directed him to commit a federal crime for the purpose of “influencing the election.” Under oath, Cohen implicated the President of the United States as his co-conspirator in committing felonies, incriminating the Commander-In-Chief. Trump not only broke the very laws to which Cohen pled guilty, but has gone on to blatantly lie to the American people countless times about this criminal conduct, among a myriad of other falsehoods. What comes next? And how can the GOP proceed with hearings to confirm a Trump-nominated SCOTUS justice who conveniently believes a sitting President cannot be indicted? Oh… and Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort was convicted on eight counts of tax and bank fraud today.
