Trump's Supreme Court pick has nothing to do with being "a faithful servant of our constitution" or guaranteeing "equal justice under the law." It is about the fact that newly-nominated Judge Kavanaugh wrote that a president should be completely immune from criminal prosecution, free from criminal investigation, and not be criminally indicted, no matter what evidence of wrongdoing is uncovered. His all-but-certain vote to overturn Roe V. Wade and a woman's right to choose (which I will fight to protect harder than you have ever seen alongside millions of powerful voices, leaders and movements) will fulfill yet another Trump campaign promise, leading the highest court of the land in a horrifying and backwards trajectory on healthcare, same sex marriage, affirmative action, environmental protections and our individual and collective futures. This is time to make your voice heard as a citizen, especially to the Senators whose votes to approve Kavanaugh are heretofore undecided. Please.
