It is the gift of a lifetime to have the opportunity to speak before, inspire, educate and mobilize young women. I took countless selfies, signed autographs and listened to girls' stories after taking the stage at the NFL Women's Summit here at the Superbowl. When one raised sexual assault and domestic violence, I looked at her and simply said, "I'm a survivor." She burst into tears and threw both arms around me. I'm here for, with and because of the promise, beauty, strength and power in faces like these. #sb51

Texas nights… after a Superbowl W-I-N. This one was for my grandma. 🏈🙌🏾👭 I found myself sitting next to @AdrianPeterson watching the game… and at the end of the fourth quarter, I called my super-Patriots fan grandma and handed him the phone from here in Houston. They spoke for a long while. I watched his face light up, then heard her voice afterwards. They both said how much they loved that exchange of words before history was made — as the Pats pulled off an against-all-odds victory for my proud Bostonian grandmother.
