Today is #NationalNursesDay, but I’m grateful to our frontline medical heroes every single day — those who saved my mother’s life last year before my eyes, those who helped me tremendously after my accident and throughout recovery, and those who are selflessly serving and safeguarding all of our communities in the face of Covid-19. What an honor to nourish you with fresh-cooked, organic sustenance from our Conscious Kitchentogether with World Central Kitchen, while you do for so so many without fear or reservation. Also, I love how happy this guy is about his veggie meal in a biocompostable pack. #ThankYouNurses
