Turning Green Classroom is LIVE.🌍💻♻️🌐🔋📱🌱💡🖥👥While out of school, home from work and social distancing, there is still much we can do to learn, share and co-create a safer, healthier, more just world. Our interactive web platform launches today to meet the remote learning needs of this time — offering teachers, students and parents a positive, collaborative, engaging way to channel time and energy toward the greater good with educational activities, useful resources and meaningful engagement for middle school, high school, college and the greater public. Throughout Earth Month,#TGClassroomwill inform, inspire and mobilize students and families alike with simple, fun, impactful opportunities to dive into and champion climate action, public health and sustainability! Our Turning Green team has been working hard to create, upload and prepare the monthlong lesson plan, building on our decade of Project Green Challenge successes and knowledge, and we would really appreciate if you could help us spread the word to students, teachers, parents and leadership about this smart, innovative, constructive resource. In unprecedented times, we are called to action to do all we can to protect and safeguard ourselves, our children, our communities, our planet. Even in the face of hardship and uncertainty, all of us can take action#TogetherApart— and building this has given me purpose and hope amid challenge. Stay safe, stay well, stay connected, my friends. I invite you to join us at turninggreenclassroom.org today and all of April!
