The best pasta I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. 🍝🇮🇹🍅 Glutenfree spaghetti with homemade pomodoro sauce made from four varietals of local Italian tomatoes. Yes, the roasted seasonal vegetable pizza is delectably glutenfree as well. The crisp regional white wine heavenly. The olive oil perfection. And the view of the Amalfi Coast unrivaled. #ladolcevita
True story: our car got towed, so we had to walk all the way down the mountain into the town of Amalfi. 🤷🏻♀️👫👣🗺☀️🇮🇹👮🏻♂️🚙🙏🏾✨ What we thought was an epic fail, frustrating waste of time and potentially ruined vacation turned into a spectacular 80€ half-day Italian adventure complete with cherry tomatoes along the trail, ancient ruins within reach and the picturesque coastal view of our (and your!) dreams. Oh how I love Italy.

I knew we’d be lifelong friends the moment we met, albeit as complete strangers in the worst conditions and unlikeliest of places on earth. Just look at us now! I love you so much, am insanely proud of who you’re becoming and feel immensely grateful to know that you have my back (the photo is proof!) and I have yours, no matter what or where or when or why. Friendships that stand the test of time, of oceans, of languages, of cultures, of forces quite literally trying to destroy us… those bonds are surely forever. 👫🙏🏾🇮🇹
