A Week of Appointments

How many doctors have you seen this week?! Monday isn’t over yet and I’m already on my way to my fourth… which is strategically located around the corner from a beloved vegan gluten-free bakery. So I am going to lick every last spoonful of this creamy pumpkin pie filling off the crust before my next appointment. It’s certainly no piece of cake, but LA makes this whole plant-based-no-solid-food diet a heck of a lot easier! 🥧🥄 Yes, I made a pun. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And yes, the bakery is founded by an Erin. 🙋🏻‍♀️
